Cookie Policy

How this website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage your choices.

STURDYSTRA Ltd · Last updated 13 October 2026

Your cookie choices

We use technologies that help run the website, remember a cookie choice and protect forms from spam. Optional advertising and behaviour tracking require your consent before they are enabled.

You can review this policy at any time using the footer link.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, can also store or access information. Some support website functions or remember preferences; others measure visits or support advertising.

This website is operated by STURDYSTRA Ltd, company number 14563459, registered in England and Wales at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, UK.

2. Technologies used on this website

A session cookie normally lasts for the browser session. Browsers that restore sessions may retain it longer. Cookie names ending in * have a variable identifier.

Google reCAPTCHA

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help detect spam and automated abuse. It loads when the contact page is opened and can process IP addresses, browser and device information, and interaction information. Google may store or access information on your device as part of this service.

Google controls its own cookie lifetimes and processing. See Google’s cookie information, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The cookie-notice preference does not switch off the reCAPTCHA protection built into the contact form.

3. Analytics and advertising

We may introduce optional tools to understand page views and visitor behaviour or support advertising. Our rule is to obtain consent before enabling those technologies. Continuing to browse, submitting an enquiry or acknowledging a notice does not give consent to advertising or behaviour tracking.

Before optional tools are introduced, we will update this policy with the providers, purposes and relevant lifetimes, and provide controls to accept or reject them and later change your choice.

4. Managing cookies

The cookie notice remembers your choice for one month. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking some technologies may affect sign-in, forms or other website functions. Deleting cookies does not undo information already sent to a provider.

If you prefer not to use the form protected by reCAPTCHA, you can contact us directly at [email protected] or call +44 7493 337187.

5. External services

Our booking page includes Calendly’s embedded appointment calendar. Opening the booking page loads Calendly’s widget and connects your browser to Calendly. The service may store or access information to provide scheduling and, subject to its consent choices, for optional purposes. We retain Calendly’s own cookie notice and Cookie settings controls; use those controls to manage its optional cookies. The Sturdystra cookie notice does not control Calendly’s settings. Calendly determines its cookie names and lifetimes and explains them through its own notices and controls. You can also use the separate link to open the calendar on Calendly’s website. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice.

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and X take you to services operated by other organisations. Their own notices explain their use of cookies and personal information.

6. More information and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information and your data protection rights. We will update this policy when the technologies on the website change. The latest revision date appears above.
